Annual Day Celebrations -2017-18
IISB celebrated its Annual Day on 16th December 2017
for Girls and Primary Section. It was a
celebration of vision – a star burst of colors, joy and splendor.

The Chief Guest – Dr. Roshan Jabeen and the Guests of honour – Mrs. Minimol
Joseph and Mrs. Reshma Begum were welcomed with Guard of Honour and welcome clap. The celebrations were started by recitation
and translation of the Holy Quran. The
guests were welcomed with a spectacular performance and welcome speech by the
Head Girl which included bouquet presentation.
School’s Annual Report was presented by the Headmistress – Ms. Sheeja
Mol and Ms. Anitha Beegum followed by felicitation of guests by Headmistress
Ms. Sheeja Mol, Ms. Geetha Hari and Ms. Arifa.
The 4th issue of Spectrum was unveiled by the Chief Guest,
escorted by the headmistress and the Chief Editor – Ms. Hasina Sadaf.
The academic excellence was formally celebrated by awarding
the teachers and students. Teachers who
have completed a decade and those who held the title of 100% attendance were
awarded with Memento, Certificates and Gifts which was followed by students
being awarded for Class Toppers, Board Toppers, Sports Champion, Cluster Meet,
Zonal Cluster Meet, ELT Gold Medalists, GMHOT, 100% Attendance and Most
Disciplined. The speech was delivered by
Chief Guest and Guests of Honour.
Cultural Programme took place after the
guests’ speech. The Vote of Thanks was
rendered by Ms. Arifa. The celebrations
came to an end with National Anthem which was sung by the school choir.
It was a wonderful evening.
The students and parents enjoyed it thoroughly. The efforts of those who have worked together
for many days for making this event a truly memorable one.
