Annual Day and Award Ceremony Celebrations 2017-18-Boys Section

International Indian School Buraidah celebrated Annual Day and Annual Function on 15 December 2017 for boys section with great pomp and show.

The school was raised on 26^th August 1989 with 45 students and 9 teachers for the Indian community residing in Al-Qassim province. Today the school has 2301 Indian and 215 Non-Indian students on its roll under the able guidance of 127 teachers, 15 admin staff and 49 others.

Dr. Hifzur Rahman, Observer Indian Schools, Embassy of Indian, Riyadh presided over the function as Chief Guest.

Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulrahman Al-Hraish , Mr. Sulaiman Bin Mashari Al Hadlaq , Mr. Ibrahim Elzein Elteib Mohd Ahmed  and Mr. S. M. Shauqat Hayat, the Principal of Majmaah School were the guests of honour.

Dr. Syed Raziur Rehman, Vice Chairman of Managing Committee, Dr. Shahid Karim, Mr. Sadiqullah and Dr. Uwes Ahmed, MC members were the Advisory  Committee for the great show.  They graced the occasion with their presence.

The programme commenced with the Guard of Honour presented by the Scouts under teacher incharge Mr. Hafiz Afzal, Mr. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Ms. Pavani and Ms. Anitha Shaji.  The international students from various countries accorded traditional welcome to the guests present for the occasion.

 Dr. Md. Jameeluddin Iqbal, Principal of the school welcomed the gathering and presented the school report.  The meritorious students in academics and sports were awarded with the certificates from the Ministry of Education and trophies from the school to appreciate their performance.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Shamla Sarfaraz, Master Tapas Hari and Master Roshin Nazeer, hosted the ceremony and carried forward the proceedings of the programme in a befitting and gracious manner.

Master Yusuf and Master Jasir Hajji recited the verses from the holy Quran.

 Dr. Hifzur Rahman addressed the students, staff and parents and appreciated the efforts of school in every field.

 The most awaited annual Spectrum was released by the Chief Guest Dr. Hifzur Rahman accompanied by the Vice Chairman and the Principal.

A gala variety entertainment was presented by the students which included Dramas in both English as well as Hindi, Dance Performance, Mime, Scouts  drill and a lot of other colourful programmes.

The decoration and stage was appreciated by all.  Mrs. Churnika, Mrs. Pavani and team were the coordinators for decoration.

 The programme came to a culmination with the vote of thanks delivered by the Vice Principal, Mr. Javed Hasan.
