He started his career as senior lecturer in Oxford dental college and was consultant to various clinics and hospitals in Bengaluru. In 2007 he moved on to work for Ministry of Higher Education, Libya, Africa where he served as Assistant Professor for four and half years.

A post graduate in Periodontology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and under graduation from Mysore University - India. Been a first Rank holder for the University in Post Graduation and amongst the first five ranks for the college and university in under graduation. Presently working as an Associate professor, Department of Periodontology, College of Dentistry, Al Qassim University, Buraidah, KSA.

• Has been a Professor and Post Graduate Guide for a number of students in India. Has teaching and clinical experience of more than 15 years.
• Has been an external and internal examiner for undergraduate and post graduate examinations . Is a recipeint of Governor's and President's Award in Guides and Scouts.

•  He is undersigned and awarded Ph.D. degree under the department of Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry, School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard (Hamdard University), New Delhi, India.
•   His Ph.D. research work was focused on ˜Studies on some heterocyclic compounds as potential anticancer agents.His research work has been recognized in the 'National Science Day' in Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India.
• The contribution so far of his research has been published in more than seventy publications and four book chapters in high impact and in reputed peer viewed international and national journals. He qualified two times for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam with 98.15percentile.
• He worked as Project Fellow, JRF University Grant Commission, Government of India and was awarded 'Young Scientist Award' from science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) under Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, New Delhi.
• He is a member of many professional bodies such as IPGA, ASPET, UPC and IATDMCT etc. and granted the 'Fellowship Travel award' from Eurotox-2013, IUTOX-2012 and International Travel award from DST and ICMR for participation and presentation of the research in Switzerland, Dublin and Bangkok Thailand etc.
• He is an editorial board member and authentic reviewer of many international journals and has reviewed many scientific papers in the field of pharmaceutical and applied science.
