About us

The International Indian School Buraidah was established on 26th August 1989 under the patronage of the Embassy of India – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to cater to the educational demands of the Indian Community in the Qassim Region. The inception of the school was with 45 students and 9 Teachers under the patronage of the then Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The school has gained reputation over the years and started providing education to the Kindergarten to K-12 for Indian and Non-Indian Students (Except the Saudi Nationals).

International Indian School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education – CBSE, Delhi, India and licensed by the Ministry of Education – Qassim Region.

The present strength of students is 996.  Principal, Two Head of Section (Boys and Girls), Fifty-Five (55) Teachers, 7 Administrative Staff and 5 Supporting Staff are available to take care of the pupils. In addition, 11 Janitorial Staffs take care of the cleanliness of the classrooms, corridors, play area and washrooms in the school campus.

International Schools in Buraidah has moved to a large Campus – 20,350 Sq. m with value added facilities and a Palm Garden. Its’s our endeavour to provide excellent academics, ample opportunities for sharpening their skill in extra and co-curricular activities. We have a Football ground with floodlights.

Our students have been doing well in academics, extra and co-Curricular Activities conducted in the school, under Gulf Sahodaya and have been participating in CBSE National Sports Meet.
