Admission Procedure

 
As this is an English Medium School, a student who has been studying through any other medium cannot be admitted unless his / her knowledge of English is satisfactory.
 
All Non Indian admissions are subject to vacancies in the classes / rules / approval on Ministry of Education.
 
Application for admissions should be made on a prescribed form by the parents, then the student has to clear the Entrance Test. Every parent of Non-Indian Community has to sign a Declaration.
 
A child should be three years plus on or before 1st of April, for admission to LKG. No child of age less than 5 years is admitted to Std I. A corresponding age limit is fixed for the successive and preceding classes.
 
Interview will be conducted for KG Sections. Entrance Test will be conducted in English, Hindi and Mathematics for Indians and English and Mathematics for Non-Indians for all the classes from Std I upward, an amount of SR 50/- along with applicable VAT is to be paid towards Entrance Test. This is a non refundable fee.
 
Pupils coming from other schools have to submit the original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous recognized school along with other documents as required by the school.
 
TRANSFERS & READMISSION
 
A Transfer Certificate or any other certificate will be issued only if all the school dues till the end of the running quarter have been cleared and school property taken on loan, if any, has been returned.

 
SAR 50/-along with applicable VAT to be paid for the issue of a Transfer Certificate.

 
Notice of Transfer of the pupil from the School, anytime after the admission, must be given in writing by the parent / guardian stating the reason for the withdrawal at least a week before.

 
In case of withdrawal of a pupil in the middle of the quarter, fees paid for that quarter will not be refunded.

 Readmission:
         If the student submits the same original T.C issued by the School within 6 months, then it will be considered as re-admission and SAR 500/-along with applicable VAT will be charged. Beyond 6 months it will be considered as new admission.
